Outside the Manor, Kosovo gets along with about as many nations as recognize him as a country. Inside the manor, that's mattering a little bit less, but he's still more likely to be unguarded and strike up a friendship with a nation that's officially recognized him. He's definitely friends with America and Australia for this reason.
With respect to ENEMIES
The Manor itself is Astrit's enemy by now, more than any of the other nations trapped in it, but he remains somewhat reserved around the countries that don't recognize his nationhood. Also, he killed Prussia back in Event 4--though that was certainly not out of enmity, it remains to be seen what will happen if they ever see each other again.
With respect to LOVERS
Astrit appears to be only about twelve or thirteen, and has never fallen in love with anyone as such. This definitely restricts his romantic prospects, since his roleplayer is NOT willing to play a hebephilic relationship. Only similarly-aged kids may apply, thank you very much. With that consideration well and truly out there, though, there are few other limits to what might give rise to a romance beyond the obvious concerns of personality and trying not to maximize their chances of getting eaten by a monster.
