There are many facets to Feliciano Vargas. Many different quirks, reactions, emotions, and façades that make up this conflicting, slightly misunderstood Italian. His personality seems pretty straight-forward. He tends to bounce around as if his feet were made of springs, a bright smile tends to try blinding you, and a babble so insistently cheerful that it tends to border on irritating. Really though, Feliciano is much more than his bubbly, overly-sweet persona that cries over squished butterflies and spilled sauce-pans. You cannot predict how this Italian will act and react, because even the smallest thing could set off a side to him that has not been seen in many years. Especially in this special little piece of hell.


Family
There is nothing that means more to Feliciano than family. Nothing. Family is everything, Feliciano would give anything for their health, safety, and happiness. A family member does not have to be just someone related to him by blood, such as Antonio, Francis, and Lovino, but a friend as well, such as Ludwig and Gilbert.


Friends
While friends are not quite as close as family to Feliciano, they still mean so very much to him. And making friends in such a violent situation, while considered futile and borderline a bad idea, is something Feliciano wants to do. He wants to bind everyone together so that they are all more likely to take care of each other than abandon someone to save themselves. The best scenario would be to get everyone out that they possibly can... even if he knows deep, deep, deep down that doing so could be very well impossible and could very well just a pipe dream


Enemies
What's life without a few enemies along the way? Even Feliciano has some people he doesn't like, though it might be more likely that there are simply people that don't like him. It would tear him apart to have to deal with a situation like that in a situation like this, but he knows that this is Hell, of course it's bound to happen.


Lovers
Love? It's possible for love to be found in such a terrible, disgusting place? Feliciano would like to hope so, but... He could never bring himself to hope for too much.

@hungary: Yes, Feli and Eliza actually have a very interesting history, from the Middle Ages even up to the Renaissance and beyond, and then once Feli became part of the Austrian Empire. Unfortunately, unless you want to ghost-thread, Feli won't be around for a little bit. ^^;

@japan: Yes, we can easily come up with an idea! The first question--Would you rather RP with a ghost, who is going to be descending into a psychotic breakdown the longer he's a ghost, or would you like to plot and then wait for Feli to come back to life?
