Starting one and going with the flow works! Although, this doesn't have to happen, but I somewhat pictured Augustus convincing Feli to look for his grave, only to be forced to explain to Feli that he has none of his own in the Manor, and that he, unlike Feli, is dead for good...

Not really. Augustus is sort of wandering all over the place, looking for Italy, as well as his family, because he worries.(Not that finding Italy as a ghost will make him any less worried...) Feel free to start it wherever Italy is!
