With each nation, a note suddenly appeared somewhere on their persona, magicked in through a power unknown. Even the ghosts found themselves with this message, though it would be best to remember, magic has its own rules and the evil of the manor surpasses them all.
With enough curiosity of the item poking their side, each Nation pulled the letter out and froze. For these letters never meant good in the past, and odds were not in their favor of being good now. Though tempted to rip them up and burn them might be great, a compulsion to read them was felt. Slowly, a finger was run under the sealed edge and delivered a thin paper cut. Inside a regular looking letter was seen. Unfolding it, eyes began to read:
Mortals
Nay, nations of the world. You have been trapped here for so long, hopelessness has already started to set in for many of you. You have no reason to trust what I say, for who can trust a demon. You are frightened now, and intrigued, but you will keep reading -- an agreement was sealed when you opened the letter and you cut your finger on the paper. The information below is of great benefit to you.
I have the knowledge to end your captivity here. I cannot free you myself as I am bound to the Manor, but I can give you what you need to free yourself. Now, other questions will be met in time, but for now, the best place to gather is in the ballroom, a friend and I will meet you there.

To each Nation, even those lost to death, there manifested on the back of their previous letters a new series of words. These ones pouring across the parchment in deep red ink. Or what one hopes was ink. The way that they dripped held a remarkable resemblance to blood.
Nations -- those of you whom have elected to be bound to your salvation need wait no further. Your quest for escape will scatter you across the very boundaries of this Manor -- and your sanity. Fret not; united makes you stronger, yes. For that reason, others have been selected to assist you in your goal. They have received the item below just as you did. All Nations would do wisely to meet in the ballroom. If you wish to pursue this path, take stock in your peers. Only the strong of heart can hope to break the curse.

Poland/Indonesia/Romania -- The Master's private journal, located in the Master's Study
Russia/Kosovo -- A piece of fence from the perimeter of the Manor, located in The Grounds
America/Prussia/Austria -- A bucket of blessed water, located in The Puppeteer's Well (sub-board of The Grounds)
Germany/North Italy/Japan -- The eternal flower upon the Master's Grave, located in The Graveyard (sub-board of The Courtyard)
Seborga/Spain -- Grave dirt from the graves of The Reapers, located in The Graveyard (sub-board of The Courtyard)
Portugal/England/France -- A contract from The Departed, located in OPEN LOCATION (can be plotted accordingly)
*All Nations will begin their quests after meeting in the Ballroom. Threads should be conducted in their specific location and tagged with [Escape]. Expect that Monsters and the Manor shall interfere. This Event will have an end date of January 31st, 2015. That is the official date of Manor of Fate's reboot. If you would like to be involved and were not on this list, contact Staff. Also contact us with any questions that you might have.
